Downloading, installing, or using Timezone Tracker ("the App") means you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Timezone Tracker is a utility for viewing and comparing times across cities and time zones, with current weather conditions shown alongside them. It is free, and it has no accounts.
You agree to:
Timezone Tracker owns the content, design, and code inside the App, and applicable intellectual property law protects them. The location search data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL). The weather data comes from Open-Meteo.com under CC BY 4.0.
The App may connect to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to search for cities and to resolve them to coordinates, and to Open-Meteo for weather conditions. Using those features also puts you under the terms of use of OpenStreetMap and Open-Meteo respectively. We are not responsible for whether third-party services are available or accurate.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the times it shows will be accurate in every circumstance. Governments change timezone and daylight saving rules, and those changes may not reach the App right away. Weather is a forecast supplied by a third party, cached for up to an hour, and tied to the coordinates a city name resolved to. Treat it as a glance at the sky, not a source to plan around.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timezone Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. That includes, but is not limited to, missed meetings, scheduling errors, and any decision made on the strength of a time the App displayed.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes get posted on this page with a new revision date, and using the App after that constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
